What is a Sound Massage?

This is a type of massage that uses sound waves to produce gentle rhythmic ripples when singing bowls are strategically placed on a fully clothed body. 

These ripples or vibrations are introduced into the body, massaging the cells, to dislodge any stored tension in the body.  

What is a Sound Bath

In a sound bath, attendees are "bathed" in sound waves that are created by singing bowls, crystal bowls, chimes, gongs and other musical instruments which are played in a room with a group of people.
