1. What is Sound Massage?
This type of massage uses sound waves to produce gentle rhythmic ripples when singing bowls are strategically placed on a fully clothed body.
These ripples or vibrations are introduced into the body, massaging the cells, to dislodge any stored tension in the body.
2. What is a Sound Bath?
In a sound bath, attendees are "bathed" in sound waves that are created by singing bowls, crystal bowls, chimes, gongs and other musical instruments which are played in a room with a group of people.
3. What should I wear?
It would be best to wear comfortable clothing (ie: yoga wear, sweatpants, etc.)
4. How will it feel? What will I experience?
Everyone has a different experience, so the feelings and experiences are different for everyone. This is not a "one size fits all" modality.
5. Who can attend the group sound bath?
Anyone can attend, up to 4 people for the session, however, it is not recommended to bring children under the age of 18 years old.
